Descriptions of products and services are provided in good faith. Availability, pricing, and specifications are confirmed individually for each order.
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding order. An order is confirmed once both parties agree on pricing, quantity, and delivery terms in writing.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis and communicated at the time of quotation.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
The content, branding, and design of this website belong to HJK Procurement and Exports Uganda Limited.
To the extent permitted by law, HJK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
